Renter Qualifications

1. Application Fee: $50 for first applicant with added $50 for each additional adult applicant.
2. Credit + Background Check is a requirement for all adult applicants and the application fee is non-refundable.
3. No Eviction, Wage Earner, or Bankruptcies within the past 5 years (*Some exceptions may apply*).
4. Income MUST be 3x Monthly Rent [Example: rent amount $1,295 – take-home pay must be equal to or greater than $3,885 per month]
5. Must prove past 2 months of income.
6. Security Deposit + First Month's Rent due at closing (Security deposit amount is equal to 1 month of property rent).
7. MUST be a Pre-Approved Applicant to View a Property.

**Approved Applications are Valid for Only 30 Days.
**Max 30-Day Hold on Pre-Approved Applicant Properties.
**Security Deposits Are Non-Refundable after the Approved Application & Property Has Been Removed from the Market.
